Our Direct Dial-In (DDI) (or if you're North American then that'll be "Direct Inward Dialing - DID") numbers cover more than 98% of the British Isles.

From Newcastle Tyne and Wear (0191) to Newcastle Northern Ireland (02843), even the smaller towns of Alloa in Scotland (01259) to Dereham in England (01362).

You can be sure to find a number in the area code of your choice with PMN, but if you can't, don't worry simply ask us and we'll add the area code for you*.

What exactly is a UK DDI Number?

In the most simple terms it is a telephone number, just like the number you have supplied with your telephone service to home or your office, rather than being tied to a land line service provider and having to pay anything from £9.99 to £16.00 per month.

Our numbers are not tied or locked into any service. You are 100% free to divert (decide on where the number rings) by using VoIP. Paying annually at £19.99 with PMN the price won't shoot up during the order process either, the price you see here is the final price you pay. And this is covered by our Price Promise, so if you find it cheaper else where we'll beat it.

Another great aspect of our service is, unlike with your traditional telephone your not restricted to the area code of where you live or your office is, so you can be in Birmingham or Warsaw for that fact, and request a telephone number in Llanelli if you really wanted, and no one would ever know if you were in Llanelli or not, unless you tell them of course.

You are able divert all of our geographic numbers at no extra cost to VoIP via SIP, IAX2 or H.323. How ever if you wish to divert a geographic number to a Landline or Mobile then call connection charges will apply, even these charges are insanely low!

How do I control the number divert?

We've created an online control panel that allows you to set the divert destination 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, no need to e-mail anyone or call a premium rate number to set the divert, your in total control when you want, where you want.

What's more, we even give you a second divert option so if the first destination is unavailable or busy, it will automatically try the next destination for you, or you may wish to use our free voicemail service and get us to take a message and e-mail you it as an e-mail attachment, what you do with the number is up to you.
