Why has this happened?

PMN-TELECOM.CO.UK (PimpMyNumber) is part of Melonite UK Ltd, we have taken the decision to discontinue with PMN-TELECOM.CO.UK at this time, however we are still fully in business so nothing to worry about :-)

Instead of maintaining two separate systems both PMN-TELECOM and our main Melonite UK service, we decided to migrate them into one, still offering all the great services as before, but under a different name. Exisiting clients who have DDI/DID numbers and ranges on PMN-TELECOM.CO.UK can access the account settings via our new secure site, simply drop us an e-mail with your current username and any DDI/DID number currently assigned, and we will be more than happy to transfer your account over absolutely free of charge.

Customers at PMN-TELECOM.CO.UK can expect to receive the same terms and conditions of service just as before, the only thing that has changed is the brand, we have taken it under our main umbrella company Melonite UK Ltd to better service all of our customers.
