Extra Telephone Services

All of the numbers we provide can be used in conjunction with our Add-On Services. These services include many of your favourite such as Caller Line ID, Voice Mail, Fax2Email, and those that some providers don't even offer, such as Reverse Caller ID and Anonymous Call Reject.

Caller Line ID (CLI)

See the number of the person calling before you answer, ideal if you don't want to speak to someone. Or; Incorporate the received Caller Identity within your ACD system to automatically retrieve your clients, customers or even employee details.

Reverse Caller ID

You may have one or more numbers diverting to your line, you may want to know what number the caller has dialed before answering, with our Reverse Caller ID we let you set the CLI to the number, so when the person dials your number instead of seeing the callers number, you see the number the caller has dialed. Ideal if you are running a promotion or call answer service so you can answer the call appropriately.

Anonymous Call Reject (ACR)

Ever received calls and your phone caller display has shown "Private Call", "WITH HELD" or just "CALL"? And when you've answered, it was a call centre on the other end trying to sell you insurance or asking you to take part in a quick survey and 20 minutes later your still on the phone taking part? - With our ACR service you can block these calls politely, with the service enabled anyone who calls to your number and has purposely withheld the Caller Line ID will hear a message similar to:-

"Sorry, the party you are trying to reach does not accept unidentified calls, please hang-up and redial disclosing your caller identification"

This message is network dependant, different variations are "The person you are calling is currently not accepting calls".

Voice Mail Service (VMS)

Using our Voice Mail service you will never miss that important calls or message again, if your away from your desk, out with friends, on the other line, what ever the reason your unable to take a call, having our voice mail system take a message for you couldn't be more easier, we'll record a message up to 60 seconds in length and then e-mail it to you as an attachment along with the caller identity of the person who left it, absolutely free of charge.

Fax Service (Fax2Email)

Using our Fax Service there is no need for a fax machine we simply email you an attachment (.tiff) of the incoming fax to an email address of your choice. Never miss that important fax or have the need to have bulky fax machines in every office for incoming faxes also save the environment and money on toner and no more need for a dedicated telephone line for fax. Huge savings using our Fax Service compared to others, we don't charge.
