No need to change numbers when moving to VoIP, porting your number or range of numbers to PMN Telecom is a simple process and you'll save a packet too, no expensive monthly line rental and your able to manage were the number diverts to yourself anywhere in the world.

PMN Telecom will transfer your telephone number from the current provider which involves taking care of all the technical aspects as well as liaising with them to ensure a smooth process for you. A one time processing charge of £15.00 is payable upon receipt of the Porting Request Form.

How does it work?

• You will need to complete the Porting Request Form, it's just a few questions to ensure we get things right.
• Fax the completed and signed form to us on 0345 00 44 071 alternatively you can send a scanned copy via e-mail to porting@pmn-telecom.co.uk

How much does it cost?

• Single number porting cost is £15.00
• Up to 10 numbers we cap the price at £100.00
• 11 or more, the price is capped at £200.00

An annual service charge is also payable at £14.00 per number, consider this as "line rental"

How long does it take?

For single numbers it generally takes seven clear days from the time we receive the completed Porting Request Form for the number to be transferred over, for more complex number import's such as Centrex/FeatureNet sites or ISDN MSN blocks it can take up to 21 days. However we'll be able to give you a porting date and time once we process the request.
