Porting your number to PMN...You can now Port (transfer) your existing telephone number to PMN! PMN is now able to port your number or range of numbers from BT, Virgin Media such as your 01 or 02 telephone number, also NTS ranges such as 0843, 0844, 0845 and 0870 numbers to our service which could allow you to make instant savings, in fact we know we can save you money compared to BT and Virgin Media. Just by porting your number to our service you'll no longer have to pay BT line rental which is more than £140 per year. We can also port numbers from a huge range of United Kingdom & Republic of Ireland VoIP Providers such as Gradwell, Sipgate, Inclarity, Voipfone, Telappliant, Blueface, VoIPOn, Drogon, Ghost Telecom, YourChoiceVoIP, Orbis Telecom, VoxHub, and VoIPtalk this is not a full list as it is always changing so please check with us if you are unsure. The costs involved in porting a single number to our service is £20.00 plus the first years service charge of the number, this depends on the type of number your transferring to us, but to give you an idea of the costs involved we'll assume your porting a UK Geographic number (the 01 type). The total costs for the first 12 month would be £39.99 this includes the porting administration fee plus the initial 12 months service, each subsequent year would be only the service charge which is currently £19.99 per year. To begin the porting process we need you to complete a quick form don't worry it's only a few questions to ensure we get it right. We will also require a copy of the most recent bill (Sorry, their rules, not ours) this can either be faxed to 0845-0044071 or if your "tech savvy" then you can scan and e-mail it to us, but it must be signed by the current account holder. If porting from BT or Virgin Media please ensure you do not cancel the line, we'll take care of that for you and soon as the number is transferred to us the line will cease at the same time, also don't forget if you use ADSL Broadband you should not port this number as the process will also cause a cease on your ADSL service, and will most likely cause a whole load of problems in getting your internet connected again. Number porting duration normally takes 7 clear working day to be finalised and the number to transfer to our service, although we can give you a more accurate date upon receiving your porting request.
