I was moving home and moving out of the area, but needed to keep my BT number, and BT wanted to charge me hundreds of pounds, I found your company on the internet and spoke with Jenny in your customer service, she explained the entire process to me, within a week my BT number was ported over and I'm now receiving calls on my number to my SIP account. I still can't believe it!!!

Hi, just wanted to write this e-mail to let you know that both myself and my business partner are absolutely delighted with the service we received from yourself, we expected it to be a daunting experience transferring of our 15 telephone numbers from NTL Business, however you explained the process in a language we understood, just as you said we would not notice any loss of service on our new telephone service, the calls were coming just as before, this assured us at that point we had chosen the right provider for our telephone requirements.

You made it a real pleasant experience instead of the hassle and dealings with one of the more larger organisations.

As you will know I transferred (ported?) my 0800 number from <removed> on 10th February this year, to yourselves, well I've received confirmation from my accountant that I am officially saving money, I am told in April alone I saved a massive £107.37, if that trend continues over the year it will be a huge saving for my home business. A massive thanks to your service, I joined a short time ago as I was redesigning our menu's, I included the new 0121 number I obtained from you as our main order line, it is absolutely amazing we're no longer having to pay Virgin Media for 2 the telephone lines, we pay for your number and that is it. One of the big problems previously was we could receive two telephone calls at any time, and as we're a busy restaurant and take-away our lines we're at times constantly busy which of course was lost business. Now with the Call Queuing service you have enabled for us, it is much more professional and no more lost custom due to engaged telephone lines. I am truly and wholeheartedly amazed at the service and most importantly the price.

The local community hold a meeting every month, I will be sure to let the other owners know of your excellent service.

We recently signed up to your service some what rather dubious as It was originally thought "How on earth can these guys offer the service so cheap". Now we are so pleased that we found you, as we originally paid just under 5p per minute for calls to be delivered into our telephone system, not a great amount of money but we have to be careful in how we spend tax payers money to ensure we are getting the best value for the money in the current climate. The quality of the service is undistinguishable to what we had before and the support staff seem to bend over backwards to help.
