Billing - Call Credit
Question: I have a SIP account with you
and I keep running out of calling credit, can I have some sort of credit
facility as it is most inconvenient.

Mobile telephone - If so what happened when you have no more credit available to

The service we operate runs on a strict Pre-Pay / Pas-As-Go basis, we
offer no exceptions to this. We offer some of the best call rates in the
industry to both the UK and International destinations. To be able to do this we
need to know what each of our customers are committing to spend, this allows us
to forecast traffic and then we negotiate a discounted price which we then pass
on to all of our customers.
Customers who spend large amounts also receive large discounts on the calling
costs. If your spending a large amount with us, we'll contact you to let you
know the discount we're applying to your account. Although if you feel you
should be receiving a discount based on your spend with us, by all means you are
welcome to contact us and discuss the options.
