Billing - Price Drops

I just received my renewal invoice which I paid. But I checked your website a few days later and you reduced the price, I want a refund of the difference.

As with any business we are always constantly monitoring our prices and make cuts we're possible. As part of our price promise, if we cut the price on a service you have just paid for in the past seven days we will refund you the difference.

If we cut the price after seven days unfortunately we are unable to refund to you. Don't worry we didn't wait until you paid before we cut the price, we issues invoices daily for all types of services we provide, if we wait until a customer paid we would never actually send the invoices or be able to cut the price.

If you believe your entitled to a refund either in full or partial you're going to need to get in touch with us.
