To start using our VoIP service you will need at least one of the following.

• PC with a soundcard
  - Headset with microphone
  - Softphone software such as X-Lite or SJPhone
• SIP ATA
  - Such as Grandstream Handytone, Linksys PAP2
• SIP Compatible phone
  - Such as Cisco 79XX, GrandStream GXP series, Snom or Polycom

Once you have your account setup, you will be able to start using the service right away, all you will need to do is enter your account settings into your SIP phone and your ready to make and receive calls.

This service is not intended nor designed to be a telephony replacement service, no access to the emergency services is available via 999 or 112. Therefore alternative arrangements to contact the emergency services is essential.
